Own the product roadmap and the platform it runs on, from the customer experience to the systems behind it.
The role
Rose Cove is building the decision layer for consumer finance. Someone arrives knowing what they want to change, and we work out what their situation allows, what the paths cost, and what to do next. This role owns the product that does that work.
It covers both halves: the experience a person moves through, and the platform that makes it possible to run at more than one outcome at a time. They are the same problem seen from two ends, which is why they are one role rather than two.
What the first months look like
- Get inside the decision model, the content system behind it, and where the two meet
- Take the next-best-move experience from working to genuinely good
- Decide what we build, what we buy, and what we deliberately leave alone
- Set how we know whether a recommendation actually helped
What we are looking for
- You have owned a consumer product where the hard part was the decision, not the interface
- You are comfortable with financial services being genuinely complicated and regulated
- You would rather ship something narrow and true than something broad and vague
- You want the scope that comes with being early, and the ambiguity that comes with it
How we work
Small team, high ownership, and very little process. You will be close to the founder and close to the work. If something needs solving you are expected to move it forward rather than route it.
